Shipping policy

Hi Ranger - welcome to our shipping policy at Headquarters!

We are currently only able to fulfil orders within Australia, but we're working hard to get licensed to ship internationally. Feel free to get in touch for an update.

We attempt to ship same-day: if you place an order before 430pm ACST on a weekday your order will be normally be fulfilled that same day!

We ship with Australia Post, meaning that for most domestic deliveries, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.

Shipping liability: we do not accept liability for delays to deliveries outside of our control. For example, delays experienced by our shipping partners are deemed outside of our control. Refunds are available only if a product is faulty, or if our shipping partners confirm the package is "lost in transit."

IMPORTANT COVID-19 MESSAGE: Please be aware that although we still offer normal shipping, Australia Post is currently struggling with increased demands due to the Covid-19 situation.

We sincerely apologise for the extended wait times on your order, but hope you can find something of interest on our 'SPECiES' and 'STORiES' pages whilst you wait!
